Request for Services


Requests for Services are used when requesting new services from Information Technology. For example, requesting a new computer, report or security access may be done by using an RFS. If your need is for assistance with software, hardware repair or any question about existing services, please contact the Help Desk at extension 6363 or click here to enter in a service call. This will allow us to answer your questions more quickly and to process requests for new services more efficiently.

Please note: Requests for new phone lines, network lines or cable lines should be made to Facilities. Once the wiring is installed, please complete an IT RFS if you need a phone or computer connected.
